Since 2015, the Welsh Italian Pizza Co. has been delighting guests at weddings, parties, and other events with our artisan, hand-made pizzas.
Our trailer-mounted, wood-fired pizza ovens can be set up where you like and you can leave it to us to serve your choice of Neapolitan pizzas on attractive wooden boards where your guests will be free to help themselves.
And we’ll keep baking and ensure to top up the pizzas so they stay hot and fresh for your guests.

You can select 4-5 of our popular pizza flavours (veg options included) from our menu.
Each pizza base has been lovingly prepared by our own, fair hands using “00” flour to give a deliciously light and crispy bite
We are fully trained and equipped to deal with all dietary requirements including vegan (with prior notice).
If you like, you can have one “Showpiece Pizza” that can be, for example, your fiancés favourite (but unusual!) flavour or something written in pepperoni!
Well need just 1-2 hours to set up and then we bake for 3 hours or until all pizzas are made (whichever comes first.)
